    Swiftconsulting is a consulting firm that consults in education, human resources, and office management as well as conducts training. Our motto is "TIMELY BUSINESS SUPPORT."
    We are recruiting for the role of a human resources manager for our client, an engineering firm.
    The HR Manager’s duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management.
    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
    • Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
    • Develop and monitor overall human resource strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization.
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Keep the pay plan and benefits program in place.
    • Assess training requirements in order to implement and monitor training programs
    • HR metrics are used to report to management and provide decision support.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in any relevant field is required.
    • 3–4 years of work experience in driving HR initiatives and strategy.
    • Must be able to create and implement a people management framework as well as champion organizational culture.
    • Outstanding communication and people management abilities
    • Ability to create a strategy as well as leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Competence in developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    • Should be a male (for gender balance within the department).
