Responsibilities

• Help customers open new bank accounts.
• Help customers reactivate dormant accounts.
• Promote the bank’s mobile app and teach customers how to use it.
• Introduce and promote new bank products and services to customers.
• Encourage customers to use the bank’s products and services.
• Talk to customers about savings, loans, cards, and other banking services.
• Find new customers and encourage them to bank with the company.
• Follow up with customers and answer their questions about banking services.
• Help customers understand the benefits of different bank products.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide good customer service.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and activities organized by the bank.
