Marketer & Sales Consultant at JV Management Consulting

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced, target-driven, and results-oriented Marketer & Sales Consultants to drive lead generation, client acquisition, business growth, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, cold outreach, and other business development strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and real estate markets.
• Market and promote the company’s construction services, property developments, and real estate offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client presentations, property inspections, project presentations, and sales consultations where applicable.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate effectively with clients and drive successful deal closures.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of prospective clients, investors, corporate contacts, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned sales, marketing, and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, meetings, property exhibitions, and other relevant industry events.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to successful transaction.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, construction, or real estate.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Experience selling premium / luxury properties is mandatory for candidates applying for the real estate-focused position.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage for candidates interested in the construction-focused position.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
• Existing relationships with high-value clients, investors, property buyers, or corporate organizations will be an added advantage.
• Must be confident, professional, presentable, proactive, and highly target-driven.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja business and property market is an advantage.
