    Marketer

    Details

    • Our client is looking to hire passionate marketers to plan and oversee the organization's marketing activities and campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    • Build relationship with key client decision makers to understand their business strategy or individual needs in order to plan for & gain new business, sustain/improve customer experience & promote loyalty.
    • Regularly monitor and assess the performance of customers on a continuous basis using information gathered and received during periodic visits.
    • Understand and satisfy customers' requirements/needs and exceed their expectations if possible.
    • Pay regular visits to the customers (existing & prospects) and promptly document pertinent information on the visits in a call report.
    • Grow the company's business across business location; by acquiring new clients and expand the portfolio with existing ones.
    • Prepare and distribute marketing information and documents
    • Work closely and collaborate with the customer service staff of the branch/business unit to resolve customers' issues/challenges
    • Collaborate to prepare and close commercial / sales contracts in adherence to the company's policies/processes/procedures and relevant regulatory provisions
    • Prepare weekly / monthly and present sales report to management

    Qualifications/ Required Experience

    • First degree in any discipline preferably Business Administration or Management, Marketing or any related subject
    • 0 - 3 years' experience selling services or products to both corporates and individuals
    • Good Understanding and Knowledge of the sales cycle
    • Customer and Relationship Management
    • Excellent and Articulate Communication (Written & Oral)
    • Self-Starter and Innovative
