Job description

• The Marketer is responsible for promoting and selling products to customers through various marketing strategies.
• This role involves understanding the market, identifying target audiences, and developing effective marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals.
• Identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to meet their needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Payment Structure

• Transport Allowance with commission on sales
