Marketer (Offline & Online - Magodo) at FMR AGENCY

Role Description

• FMR Agency is seeking a full-time Marketer (Offline & Online - Magodo) for an on-site role in Lagos.
• The Marketer will be responsible for implementing creative marketing strategies and advertising campaigns both online and offline, researching market trends, identifying target audiences, and evaluating brand performance to maximize exposure and market penetration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with potential clients and generate leads through field marketing activities.
• Identify and approach prospective customers to promote our laundry services.

Relationship Building:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.

Marketing Presentations:

• Prepare and conduct presentations showcasing the benefits and features of our laundry services.
• Highlight our services' unique selling points to potential clients.

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts and achieve set targets.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals to expand our customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2+ years' experience in marketing, with a focus on online and offline marketing and advertising campaigns
• Experience with market research and analysis, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising is a plus
• Attention to detail, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce etc.)
• A proactive and results-oriented approach
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
