Job Summary

• We are seeking a result oriented Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at achieving specific monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute initiatives to attract and convert leads into customers.
• Conduct research to identify trends and customer needs, informing marketing strategies.
• Work with sales team to ensure cohesive messaging and effective marketing efforts.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any Science or Engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role with a focus on meeting targets in a Fluid/Technical company is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• High level negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite).
• Male candidate is preferred.
