Marketer at Interrand Homes & Properties Limited

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote properties.
• Create and distribute flyers, brochures, and digital content.
• Negotiate prices and terms with clients under the company’s guidelines.
• Close property sales and guide clients through documentation processes.
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing and sales performance.

Requirements

• OND, B.SC / HND in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate
• Proven experience in sales or real estate marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and property platforms.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
