Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, administrative, etc.) to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain our hospital's website, social media presence, and online reputation.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and measure ROI.
• Analyze market data and campaign results to inform future marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
