Job Summary

• They are seeking for 4 marketers to sell/distribute their products.
• The candidates will be proactive and results-driven Marketers who will drive sales, expand market reach, and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in food processing and distribution markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, distributors, and food service providers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
• Develop and present business proposals, product presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product distribution and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and establish partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders to enhance business growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals to increase revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and business growth strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, food expos, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Stay updated on food safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in food processing and distribution.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of an OND degree in business administration, Marketing, Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2 -3 years of experience in food marketing and sales.
• Strong knowledge of food industry trends, supply chain logistics, and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
