Marketer at Beaconhealth Diagnostics

Role objective

• The Marketer grows the clinic's patient volume by building the relationships and visibility that bring people through our doors.
• You will work referring clinicians and hospitals, HMOs and corporates, and the wider community to make BeaconHealth the diagnostic partner of choice in your territory.
• This role sits at the point where community relationships, referral partnerships, and business growth meet, and your work is judged directly against patient-volume and revenue targets.
• Referral tracking and reporting run through BeaconOS, our own platform, which you will be trained on during onboarding.

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Center Manager, responsibilities include:

Building referral relationships:

• Identify and build relationships with referring clinicians, hospitals, and clinics in the clinic's catchment area
• Maintain regular contact with existing referral partners to sustain and grow volumes
• Resolve referral-partner concerns promptly, escalating to the Center Manager where needed
• Contact referring hospitals to resolve any discrepancy in payments alongside the Front Desk/Billing team

Community and corporate outreach:

• Plan and run community outreach activities, including health talks and screening events
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporates and HMOs for bulk testing and partnership arrangements
• Represent the clinic professionally at external events, health fairs, and partner meetings
• Distribute marketing materials and manage the clinic's local visibility

Marketing execution and reporting:

• Track and record the source of every referred or walk-in patient in BeaconOS
• Report weekly and monthly on outreach activity, referral performance, and progress against targets
• Work with the Center Manager to identify underperforming referral relationships or territories and adjust outreach plans accordingly
• Meet monthly patient-volume and revenue targets set for the clinic

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting growth goals
• Comfortable with regular fieldwork and travel within the clinic's coverage area
• Computer literate and comfortable working in a digital record system — we train every new hire on BeaconOS, our own clinical platform, during onboarding

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic marketing
• An existing network of referring clinicians or healthcare facilities in the clinic's territory
• Experience working with HMOs or corporate wellness programmes
• Fluency in the local language spoken by patients at this clinic
