Market Sales Supervisor at Estakem Ventures

Job Summary

• We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Market Sales Supervisor to manage and improve sales activities across the Alimosho area.
• The supervisor will work with sales representatives to increase sales and make sure Estakem products are available across the markets and tabletops.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide sales representatives within the assigned area.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Visit markets, shops, and sales outlets regularly.
• Find and develop new customers, retailers, and distributors.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and distributors.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper distribution and visibility of Estakem products.
• Collect market information and provide regular reports to Management.
• Identify sales problems and suggest ways to improve sales in the area.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Previous experience supervising sales staff is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Alimosho and surrounding areas.
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Must be hardworking, organised, and able to work with little supervision.
• Must be comfortable working in the field and visiting markets regularly.
