    Marine Crew - Competence Coach (Offshore)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a STCW Certificate of Competence - 2nd Officer (II/2) Unlimited, GMDSS General Operators Certificate (GOC), Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS), Ship Security Officer, Offshore Stability Certification
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a minimum Control Room Operator/Stability Section Leader on an operational moored semi-submersible drilling
    • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Competence Coach, carrying out on the job training, competence assessments, verification and audit activities and have experience working with an electronic competence assurance management system.
    • As this position is required to work or travel offshore, candidates will be required to hold a valid offshore medical and survival certification.
