Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Director located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Managing Director will oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including strategic planning, business development, financial management, and team leadership.
• He/She will be responsible for setting objectives, managing resources, and achieving organizational goals.
• Additionally, the Managing Director will ensure compliance with industry standards, enhance operational efficiency, and lead initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and business development
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of the footwear manufacturing industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role
