Key Responsibilities:

• Innovation in Design and Technology: Lead in architectural and interior design innovations, utilizing advanced digital tools and methodologies.
• Operational and Financial Oversight: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. Manage financial planning to surpass profitability targets.
• Dynamic Market Adaptation: Rapidly adapt business strategies to meet changing market demands and opportunities.

Requirements:

Professional Credentials:

• Bachelors in Architecture, Project Management, or related field. Master's in Business Administration; additional certifications in project management are highly valued.

Experience:

• At least 20 years of professional experience, predominantly in leadership roles focused on project management, business development, and strategic oversight within the design and construction industry.
• Must have a strong network in the industry to help secure partners and new business.
