Job Description:

• The Managing Director will lead the strategic direction, operations, and overall performance of the Digital Microfinance Bank. The role involves driving growth, ensuring financial stability, building a robust digital infrastructure, and fostering partnerships that enhance the bank's offerings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the bank’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive financial performance, including profitability, portfolio growth, and risk management.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and partners.
• Foster a culture of innovation to enhance digital banking products and services.
• Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure robust corporate governance and adherence to compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 8 years in senior management.
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, microfinance operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
