Job Summary

• The Managing Director/CEO will oversee all business operations, providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the company meets its financial goals and long-term objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating between the board and executives, making key decisions, and driving company performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson.
• Implement comprehensive business plans and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and authorities.
• Oversee financial performance, investments, and business ventures.
• Supervise and guide executives to ensure maximum performance.
• Analyze market trends, provide insights, and advise on strategic decisions.
• Ensure policies, legal guidelines, and company culture are upheld.
• Monitor budget performance and achieve revenue/sales targets.
• Present annual reports at board meetings and represent the company publicly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MA in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Managing Director or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in developing strategic and business plans.
• Knowledge of market trends, corporate law, and management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
