Job Details

• Develop and execute supply and trading strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and trading partners.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable agreements and minimize risks.
• Monitor market trends, analyze data, and provide insights to inform trading decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on supply and trading performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, and trading roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of supply and trading dynamics, market analysis, and risk management.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing high-value contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
