Job Description

• Oversee daily bakery operations, manage staff, ensure product quality, maintain inventory levels, and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration,Food Technology, or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, possession of WASSCE / SSSCE certificate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in bakery management or operations.
• Possession of higher degrees or professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
