• The Manager, Information Management Systems would be responsible for data assurance, network management, end-user support, device management, security management, data center management, office/workplace management, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Assurance:

• Develop and implement policies and processes to secure and protect customer data.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and Avetiums data assurance policies.
• Oversee data backup and recovery management processes.

Network Management:

• Maintain an efficient and reliable internal network for a seamless user experience.
• Develop and implement network architecture best practices.
• Manage service providers to ensure value for money and quality service.

End User Support:

• Provide comprehensive support to Avetium staff, including on-site and remote assistance.
• Manage end-user support services for network, software, and hardware.

Device Management:

• Safeguard and maintain all Avetium devices.
• Oversee Avetium devices at Avetium locations and client sites.
• Account for and budget device usage, optimizing cost where possible.

Server Deployment and Configuration:

• Install, configure, and deploy servers, both physical and virtual, based on project requirements.
• Optimize server hardware and software settings to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

Server Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Continuously monitor server performance and resource utilization.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patch management, and system backups.

Data Center Management:

• Ensure effective management of data centers, including infrastructure, security, and compliance.
• Optimize the management of Avetiums data centers in terms of performance, availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Office/Workplace Management:

• Manage Avetiums email systems, domains, and workplace applications for optimal efficiency and productivity.

Security/Risk Management:

• Implement risk intervention strategies to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
• Safeguard Avetiums certifications and regulatory frameworks.

Compliance:

• Lead compliance reviews, certifications, and accreditations, such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, GDPR, NDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.
• Implement the ISO 27001 framework and Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
• Proven experience in information management, network management, and data center operations.
• Strong knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, NDPR) and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
