Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, supervising teams, ensuring quality standards, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining strict compliance with safety and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations within the plastic manufacturing plant.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet output targets.
• Supervise and manage factory staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure quality control standards are met for all plastic products.
• Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and downtime reduction.
• Manage raw material usage, waste control, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support business objectives.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a plastic manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of plastic production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
