Maintenance of Fixed Assets register
Calculation of monthly depreciation and raising of monthly depreciation JVs
Reporting on state/condition of Fixed Assets.
Stock taking and valuation thereon.
Recommendation of appropriate Credit Control Policy.
Support HR & Operations team to ensure successful mobilization of necessary resources to clients’ site.
Continuously monitor Site Operations Teams, Vendors/Consultants and associated Company Personnel in achieving targets on turnover, profitability and positive cash flow.
Preparing Weekly Receivables Report.
Following up on Collections with Clients.
Sending monthly Statements to Clients.
Send letters to Clients requesting for WHT Receipt pending monthly.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an B.Sc qualification with at least 4 years work experience.

Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
Commercial and business awareness
Good communication skills- Verbal and written.
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further for data.
Deadline oriented and an ability to stick to time constraints.
