Management Accountant at DreamWorks Integrated System Limited

Job Description

• We need a management accountant who can analyze key financial information and provide feedback to help with managerial planning and commercial decision making to ensure the company's future growth and profitability.
• It is also your responsibility to try to reduce a company's operational and production costs by identifying and implementing efficient strategies.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Review the costing of all products purchased and ensure
  completeness, accuracy and recording of purchase invoices in
  busy.
• Review the fixed prices by category managers on each newly purchased product to ensure that approved standard margins are maintained, FX rates are correct, and fixed prices are competitive.
• Check daily invoices for possible price variance detection by comparing invoices to approved prices.
• Conducts periodic price reviews as instructed by management and ensures that they are communicated to the appropriate channel.
• Schedule meetings with vendors. Restructure credit terms, and ensure that every purchase order from a category manager (local or foreign) includes a benefit.
• Preparation of reports showing sales reps' sales across categories and comparing them to budget, as well as frequent engagement with them for improvement.
• Drive monthly commercial planning execution with the goal of increasing revenue and depleting aged inventory.
• On a daily basis, demand returns on investment from category managers.
• Analytical report on segment profitability.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of a second Class upper in Accounting, Economics, or Finance from a reputable university.
• Applicant must have a Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar role as Management Accountant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good Analytical and innovative skills.
• Must be self-motivated
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Point or related software.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
