Mall Manager at Domino Stores Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coordinate and manage mall staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
• Routine check of the environment for cleanliness.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
• Oversee staff on a daily basis to ensure that they are being efficient and effective.
• Train staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves.
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet property standards.
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field with 2-3 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Mall or Housekeeping Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience of maintenance tasks; housekeeping cleaning and washing equipment, tools and cleaning chemicals.
