 Location: Victoria Island, Lagos State.

Salary: N160,000

Job requirement:

• Good IT background,
• ITIL Certified
• Assist in ensuring continuity of best practice in incident management process, executed by IT service delivery.
• Major Incident & Problem Management Coordinators should be able to execute the procedures required for ensuring agreed MTTR, should there be any incident in on-premise, cloud or DevOps environment.
• Responsible for defining the mandatory fields and CTIs in ITSM (incident management) tools, without which incidents can neither be registered or closed.
• Responsible for the management and yearly review and update of the Strategy, Policy, Process documents, and get sign offs from management on relevant documents. Also keep the RACSI matrix updated per service, system, and/or system cluster.
