Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our production equipment within the Production Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Managing a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
Coordinating repairs and maintenance activities.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
Managing maintenance budgets and resources efficiently. Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management.
Valid electrician certification.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
