About the Role

• The team delivers a first-class reactive repairs and maintenance service.
• We ensure a customer-focused service is provided to all residents and stakeholders.
• We work closely with our contractors, and clients to provide effiecient and effective pumping machines.
• You will report to the Senior Maintenance Officer.
• You will have the support of an experienced team.
• You will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills.
• Whilst experience of working in the maintenance field would be advantageous, just as important are strong ICT and highly developed administrative skills.
• The ability to extract and interpret data would be helpful.
• This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is willing to face new challenges and develop into the maintenance role.

Requirements
You Should:

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, HND qualification with 1-4 years experience.
• You should be an effective team player and be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service. You should be able to communicate effectively with a range of different audiences.
• You should be able to problem solve and work on your own initiative. You should have the ability to cope with changing circumstances. In this role it is imperative that you have strong administrative and ICT skills and can effectively use Microsoft Office. Finally, you should have the desire to make a difference at Jemimah Nigeria Limited.
• Strict adherence to company policy and operating procedures.
