Maintenance Officer at Carlson Hotel

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled checks and maintenance on HVAC units, lighting systems, and plumbing to prevent failures.
• Guest Service Repairs: Addressing maintenance requests promptly, such as fixing clogged toilets, broken televisions, or faulty AC units in guest rooms.
• General Maintenance: Repairing drywall, painting, touching up surfaces, and repairing furniture.
• System Upkeep: Monitoring and maintaining pool equipment, kitchen appliances, and electrical systems.
• Safety & Compliance: Inspecting the building for safety hazards, managing fire alarms, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Exterior Maintenance: Keeping parking lots, walkways, and exterior lighting functional.
• Inventory Control: Maintaining tools, equipment, and keeping an inventory of repair parts.
