Maintenance Lead at FMR AGENCY

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance operations in our plastic manufacturing facility. 
• This role is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and utilities while leading a team of technicians to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the factory.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery.
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs for production equipment, including injection molding machines and auxiliary systems.
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and ensure inventory availability.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Identify areas for equipment optimization and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance within a plastic manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, including injection molding equipment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
