Maintenance Engineer at Ascentech Services Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, elevators, generators, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of all facilities.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults promptly.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• 4 - 6 years’ experience in facilities or building maintenance (mall or commercial property preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Good problem-solving and supervisory skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
