    Maintenance & Asset Integrity Team Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement maintenance and asset integrity strategies to ensure operational reliability and safety.
    • Oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair programs for production facilities, pipelines, rotating equipment, and fixed assets.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and asset integrity best practices.
    • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
    • Utilize condition monitoring, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies to optimize asset performance.
    • Manage maintenance budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and procurement of spare parts and equipment.
    • Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to ensure seamless asset integrity management.
    • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance effectiveness and asset integrity.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies in predictive maintenance, digital twin solutions, and industrial automation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Asset Integrity Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5years of experience in maintenance, asset integrity, or reliability engineering within the oil and gas industry.
    • Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO, NACE) related to asset integrity and maintenance.
    • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP, Maximo, or similar.
    • Proficiency in reliability analysis techniques such as FMEA, RCA, and risk-based inspection (RBI).
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in asset integrity management or reliability engineering (e.g., API 580, CMRP, CRE).
    • Experience in offshore and deepwater facility maintenance.
    • Knowledge of digital transformation strategies for maintenance and asset integrity.
