Maintance Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND
- Experience 5 - 10 years
- Location
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Educational Qualification

Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Building Technology
- Facility Management or related field
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience in maintenance, facilities management, or technical services; experience in a school is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of:
- Electrical systems and wiring
- Plumbing systems
- HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
- Basic carpentry and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix faults efficiently
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Key Competencies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
