Machine Operator at Handyware Industries Limited

Responsibilities

• Takes care of all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine's capability.
• Ensures that the machine works at its full capacity oversees its maintenance, and performs timely quality checks.
• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment (Set up machinery for operation).
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high-quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance.

Requirements and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator, preferably in bouillon cube production.
• Proficiency with tablet/press and wrapping/folding machines.
• Knowledge of production procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength.
