Responsibilities

• Operating Equipment:Safely and efficiently operating tractors, combines, plows, harvesters, and other farming machinery for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Routine Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks, such as oil changes, lubrication, and part replacements, to ensure machinery functions properly.
• Field Preparation: Preparing fields for planting by operating equipment to till, seed, and fertilize soil.
• Harvesting: Using machinery to harvest crops, ensuring minimal waste and maintaining product quality.
• Troubleshooting Issues:Identifying and fixing mechanical problems quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Safety Compliance:Following all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any repairs performed.
