To operate and monitor machinery used in the bottling process, ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality bottled water according to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

• Operate, monitor, and adjust bottling and packaging machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production.
• Inspect bottles and caps for defects and ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
• Maintain proper water levels, flow rates, and pressure throughout the production process.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, sanitization, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and report malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Accurately document production output, equipment logs, and downtime reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure cleanliness of the production area at all times.
• Coordinate with quality assurance personnel to meet product standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in loading and unloading packaging materials and finished products.
• Follow daily production schedules and meet established quotas and timelines.
• Participate in team meetings, safety drills, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a food/beverage production or bottling environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and production line operation.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot bottling machinery.
• Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and quality control standards in food-grade facilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
• Comfortable working in a humid, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
