The primary objective of the Lubrication Technician is to lubricate the plant equipment and ensure lubrication units are in good working condition to improve the plant performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the lubrication of all the plant equipment
Records some possible anomalies observed on the equipment while lubrication is being carried out
Monitor the stock of Lubricants and inform the Lube Supervisor on a weekly basis
Records the consumption of oils and greases dispensed
Maintain good house-keeping and safety around lubrication environment premises
Safe storage and disposal of used/dirty rags.
Requirements
Education:
Other Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, UCDI, NTC/NBC-NABTEC
Experience:
2 years working experience in same industry or any heavy industry operations.
Experience in heavy engineering, including rotating machines. equipment maintenance, condition monitoring, in a refinery, power or heavy process plant.
