Lubrication System Engineer at Rotation and Precision Machines Limited

The Role

• The Lubrication System Engineer is responsible for identifying and recommending optimal lubrication systems for clients, providing technical expertise, and conducting training on lubrication technologies.
• This role ensures clients receive the best solutions tailored to their operational needs while enhancing efficiency and system performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sale visits, selection and application of lubricant & lubricating system to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Provide technical support in all ramification on lubricant and other specialized product
• Arrange and conduct suitable lubrication training for customers
• Responsible for site visit and supervision of lubrication related inspections
• Work orders and preventives maintenance task
• Communicate proactively with technical staff and sales team in target accounts to promote early adoption of FUCHS Lubricants & Programs
• Act as technical resource for Sales Manager, Sales Engineer and Distributor
• Resolve technical problem regarding products and equipment performance
• Provide feedback on industry segment trends, product performance and equipment
• Function to the Sales Manager and Sales Engineer
• Conduct Product and Technical trainings to customers, technical team, Sales Engineer, Distributor on product and Application.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in lubrication technology, tribology, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of lubrication systems, their applications, and industry standards.
• Experience in client consulting, technical sales, or field engineering.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for conducting training sessions.
