Lower Primary Teachers at Townfield School

We are seeking the expertise of a Lower Primary teacher. If you are proactive, committed, firm, diligent, and computer literate (must have a working computer) does apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

Your duties and responsibilities as a Lower Primary teacher shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate pupils' understanding and applying concepts.
• Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
• Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
• Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
• Grading assignments and quizzes promptly.
• Invigilating quizzes and final examinations.
• Documenting and reporting on pupils' progress.
• Attending meetings with parents and staff.
• Preparing pupils for their internal and external examination, etc.

Qualifications /Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in education or related field
• Expertise in any field 
• Experience teaching in a Lower Primary classroom environment 
• Ability to communicate effectively with all staff and colleagues
• Flexibility and high adaptation skills to work successfully in an unpredictable school setting
• Organization and communication skills
• Computer Skills.

• Must reside IN EJIGBO or a few distance to EJIGBO
