    Lounge Manager

    Job Description

    • As a Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
    • You will lead a team of employees, manage day-to-day operations, and drive the success of the lounge.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and seamless lounge operations.
    • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and cleanliness of the lounge, including the bar area, seating arrangements, and overall ambiance.
    • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of beverages, snacks, and other lounge-related items.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of food items to guests.
    • Foster a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
    • Train and educate staff members on delivering superior customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
    • Address guest concerns, complaints, or special requests promptly and effectively, striving to resolve any issues to the guest's satisfaction.
    • Regularly interact with guests to gather feedback, assess their needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Create employee schedules, manage shift rotations, and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
    • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
    • Ensure accurate cash handling, cash register operations, and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business and attract new customers.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by adhering to health and safety protocols, emergency procedures, and fire safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven 2 years work experience as a Lounge Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and vendors.
    • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar management and customer service.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
    • Proficient in using computer systems and software for point-of-sale operations and inventory management.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
    • Flexibility to work from 4pm - 12am.
