Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics / Warehouse Assistant to join our growing operations team in Ikeja. 
• The ideal candidate will support warehouse management, inventory tracking, order processing, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic stock counts
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for timely deliveries
• Ensure proper documentation of goods movement and transactions
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse premises
• Support the finance/accounting team with inventory-related data

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management
• Good understanding of warehouse safety and inventory procedures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
