Logistics/ Procurement Officer at Young Prodigy Humanitarian Organization

Job Summary:

• The Logistics/Procurement Officer will manage procurement processes and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services to support YPHO’s programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the procurement of goods and services, ensuring adherence to YPHO policies.
• Coordinate logistics for the delivery of supplies to project sites.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with donor procurement guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in the NGO sector.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
