Logistics Operations Staff at Intime Logistics Services

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing various customs clearance documents for import and export shipments, and help execute related operations.
• Assist in communicating with carriers, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Track the progress of customs clearance and assist company clients in resolving any issues encountered during the clearance process.
• Organize and manage customs clearance and import/export documents.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are preferred.
• Understanding of transportation regulations and international trade practices. Experience in customs clearance or logistics is a plus.
