Logistics Operation Officer at HUB360 Circuits Limited

POSTBOX LIMITED, a subsidiary of Hub360 Circuits Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as listed below. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our delivery network.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Dispatch Activities:
  • Process and verify delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Prepare delivery manifests and assign routes, optimizing efficiency and minimizing delivery time.
  • Organize and pack goods for delivery, adhering to safety and handling regulations.
• Delivery Operations:
  • Maintain and operate delivery vehicles/Bikes safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic regulations.
  • Deliver goods to clients promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interaction.
  • Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments and other relevant documents, maintaining accurate records.
  • Report any discrepancies or damage to delivered goods promptly.
• Post-Delivery Activities:
  • Verify delivery completion and update delivery records in the system.
  • Collect customer feedback and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deliveries.

Qualifications:

• HND or BSc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic logistics software.
