As the Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory distribution, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies across outlets to support seamless restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the transportation and distribution of food items, materials, and supplies to outlets
Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation of stock transfers
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries
Track logistics costs and maintain delivery records for reporting and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards during transportation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain operations (QSR or retail experience is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of inventory control and distribution processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management systems
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
