Softhills is an ecommerce technology company that operates various online marketplaces that offers a wide range of products and services to customers across all niches globally. 

We are looking for a qualified Logistics officer to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries
• Analyze data to access performance and implement improvements.

REQUIREMENTS.

• Must be able to drive and have a driver's Licence.
• Excellent Use of excel and all other Microsoft applications.
• Must be smart and innovative.
• Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
