Logistics Officer at Dana Group

Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Logistics Officer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of personnel and supplies.

Responsibilties

• Process vehicle maintenance and efficient record keeping.
• Implement operational standards on vehicles
• Assist with training and induction of new drivers, and allocation of vehicles for official duties
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and routine service
• Keep logistics record( fuel, repairs, car service routine, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance: Maintain regulatory compliance, including customs clearance and transportation regulations.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics / vehicle management
• Proven track record of improving logistics operations
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Proximity to Isolo, Lagos State
