Job description

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end logistics and haulage of goods, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee daily fleet operations, routing, and scheduling of trucks.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.
• Develop logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, KPIs, and cost analyses.
• Manage logistics staff and drivers, ensuring training and operational discipline.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, transportation logs, and compliance documentation.

Requirement:

• 5+ years experience in logistics or transport management, preferably in haulage or dredging environments.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, fleet tracking, and inventory systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with environmental and maritime regulations is a plus.
