Ensure all project logistics requirements are scheduled timely via the ILS system.
Prepare project logistics plan to support all relevant operations within the project.
Online monitoring of vehiclesthrough the use of IVM- this isto ascertain the behavior pattern of drivers in accordance to the organizational set rules and to assisting in achieving Goal Zero.
Identify and deliver operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives, by consolidating different requests into a single request for optimization.
Act as Journey Manager to all drivers attached with our project team
Manage HSE in line with project HSE plan to ensure compliance and prevent accidents/incidents in all logistics operations to achieve Goal Zero.
Organize logistics support to project staff by arranging land and air travels (local and international) including the arrangement of security clearance for daily and weekly activities
Coordinates offshore movement for project staff.
Planning and scheduling of material delivery for project.
Effectively coordinate and interface with the security team, pre-mob team, transports team and air operations team (staff travelling through Helipad to Bonga)
Coordinate the pre-mob of all Project equipment and vehicles on sites
Coordinate the transportation of all project items and material from contractor fabrication yard to approved load-out location.
Working with security team to ensure effectively security mitigation and strategy on route and areas where we carry out our activities.
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in physical/technical sciences.
5 years’ experience in Logistics coordination across on multiple projects
5 years’ industry experience in capital oil and gas projects.
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
Able to adapt with team of people from diverse cultural backgrounds
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including all Microsoft office tools
