    Logistics Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a motivated Logistics Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in the logistics sector.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or enterprise sales, specifically in logistics or supply chain management.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
    • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Track sales performance metrics and report on progress against goals.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes impacting the logistics sector.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • 3-7 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within the logistics industry.
    • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
    • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
