Logistics Associate at Eat'N'Go Limited

Job Summary

• The Logistics Associate plays a key role in managing and coordinating third-party logistics operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods.
• This role involves working closely with external Logistics providers, internal teams, and customers to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and service level adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with third-party logistics service providers including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Monitor third-party logistics performance against service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contract terms.
• Resolve logistics issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies in coordination with third party logistics partners.
• Track and report on order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments and inventory levels.
• Assist with logistics process improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies.
• Support audits and compliance checks related to third-party logistics operations.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders (procurement, customer service, warehouse) to ensure alignment with logistics activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (Logistics Manager, Supervisor or third-party logistics experience preferred).
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.
• Understanding of freight, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software/tools.
